"Brent is honest, knowledgeable, personable, and wants to help. He’s available and easy to reach. He wants to do the best he can for his clients and stands on that. This was a streamline refi. I did a purchase with NAF as well. I thought I had the best loan advisor in the world with my purchase, then I met Brent. I don’t know how NAF does their hiring, but you have some of the best people on your staff. From loan processors, to loan advisors, and customer service agents, everyone is compassionate and caring towards me. How this encounter started was because I was contacted by another lender that offered me a 5.5% and only bringing $940 to closing. Because of the great service I had with NAF, I decided to see if they could do the streamline before making a final decision. Brent walked through the competitors offer and noticed it was not a streamline but a full refinance that would eat up most of my equity in closing costs. Although he couldn’t get the rate and payment down as far as the other lender, he did his best with minimal closing costs and a plan to do it again in 6 months if rates drop again. When the answer wasn’t what he was looking for, he took it up the chain to get the best deal. I will be a NAF customer forever because of how I’m treated and respected by your staff.
