"I am the realtor for the client. I never spoke with Tricia. I know my client was beyond happy with her. The only thing I wish was communicated was that the loan was switched to an FHA and I was not informed. In todays market offers are accepted on Terms not just on price offered. FHA can create havoc, especially on a Condo. Yes it all worked out and Tricia did her due dillegence on the FHA. The other attorney was caught off gaurd."
