"Stephanie Wilson is incredible, she is such a delight to work with and so knowledgeable. However, there was no sense of urgency from the NAF team. There were multiple oversights for example unable to find HOA documentation that had been uploaded weeks prior, incorrect appraisal documentation sent to the underwriters which then needed amending thus causing us to wait an additional 3 days to sign, the proper documentation for student loan payoff had beeen sent multiple times, if we needed to verify with a 3rd party why wasnt that set up initially?also a lien on our property was found but was not in our name, clearing that transaction did not need to involve me adding to the stress of it all. Stephanie was absolutely instrumental in making this loan close in a more appropriate time. She alone is the reason I would still recommend NAF even after all of this. She deserves a raise!!!"
