"Micheal did well enough with our unique debt situaction, but once Quorum? Took over, it was a mess- my wife made the points about our uploading of documents and the being repeatedly asked for said documents... it was like interfacing with a brick wall. I still like NaF for a mortgage option, but the Q side is a no go."
