About Kevin Brackett
My name is Kevin Brackett and I am a Mortgage Advisor with New American Funding. I believe in the American dream of homeownership, and strive to turn that dream into a reality for anyone willing to work for it. I fight for my customers, I find smart and creative ways to obtain financing. I love working with first-time homebuyers, move-up buyers, FHA and VA customers, and especially self-employed borrowers who have been turned down for mortgage financing with other lenders.
It is my objective with every customer, to exceed expectations. I am forging lifelong partnerships with those I come into contact with. I serve as an advocate for you, to give you honest advice on what path I believe is best, to counsel you and educate you in any way that I can. The loan process, on a transactional level, is only the beginning of our working relationship together.
