"Communication and terms that Heather gave us was great. When we couldn't get a hold of Heather, Jackie Buffington stepped in and she answered our questions and asked for what the loan processor needed. She was always accessible and would answer us right back. Heather did her best to get us the lowest interest r*te she could and redid all the numbers for us. She made it possible to refi for our situation. The only complaint I had was with the appraiser. He did not evaluate the property like we thought he would for having 3 acres and a mother in law apartment along with a brand new 2 x 6 framed constructed house. An unfinished house ( didn't even have a kitchen compared to our commercial kitchen ) on one acre in Meadview sold for more than he gave us. And it sold the week before he got here. We even showed him the comp. But he ignored that. So we were disappointed in our appraisal. But New American is a great company and we would recommend this company to our friends!"
