"David was amazing and always quick to respond to everything. He was knowledgeable and made the process an easy one. We have worked with him before and he provided us with the same wonderful service. On the other hand, Jordyn Flores had no communication with us unless David reached out. We were also disappointed in her lack of initiaive. Our loan was taking longer than anticipated so we reached out. She said we had a lien on our home and it was taking longer to get the payoff which we were surprised to hear as we did not know about a tax lien. After almost two weeks, we asked what we could do to help move the process along. We were provided with information and within five minutes we found the lien was not even ours. The lien was under the same name but with a Jr. at the end, the property address was not in our town, and the owners address was not in our state. Had Jordyn done her research and looked past a first and last name, our loan would have been completed two weeks prior. This was frustrating. It took us reaching out and essentially doing her job to get this moving forward. At the close of our loan, we also received payoff checks for amounts that were from two months prior, so we have to now wait to receive refunds from the lenders we paid off. I had left a voicemail for Jordyn asking if she could call as I had a question regarding one of the checks, and she never returned our call. I would work with David 100% again and plan to in the future, but I'm not as comfortable with Jordyn."
