I was not pleased initially with the Processor because my interest rate and cost were changed without any notification to me, it was not until I went to Cris and asked for clarification that I received additional information. Cris was able to review the numbers again to come up with a plan that was better suited for us. Its our second time working with Cris and he is always very helpful and informative."
