"Working woth Cesar was awesome! Always answering my calls or texts - not complaints about him. Only reason my over experience was \"okay\" was because once the process was handed over to Kayla - the communication was terrible! Almost never answered my calls or called me back after leaving a voicemail. Sometimes I wouldn't hear back from her for DAYS. She only ever emailed me. I had to get firm to get her to call me. Even then the communication was all over the place with the information she was giving me. I was so confused and frustrated. Cesar had to step in multiple times to help me get clarity. Plus she also had terrible communication with my realtor and title company. If it wasn't for Cesar, I would have lost my mind during this process. Big shout out to him for incredible customer service!"
