"Amber is a honest and dedicated worker. She kept me informed on every detail and assisted me getting my items processed. She was excellent in returning calls and giving feedback. I think this so important in the process; communication. She is excellent with that. So many loan companies do not communicate well to me. They just stop all calls or communication and then you get a letter. Its rude. I want New American Funding for their patience in procurement of this loan.
