About Zack Duncan

I was born and raised in Portland, Oregon. I love living here. I grew up watching the Blazers, and I'm a huge Duck fan, especially football. I attended the University of Oregon where I met my beautiful wife, Melanie. My wife was born and raised in Hawaii. It is a privilege for us to stay with family and visit with friends twice a year. Together we have two amazing daughters, Leina'ala (9) and Zoe (7). They light up our lives and we make it a point to have lots of family time close to home. We live and work in Lake Oswego, so it's important for us to support the schools and local businesses.

I started off with a small broker in Portland. I spent the next 4 years learning the industry, refining my sales, learning to not only ask for business, but keeping it. I spent the next 4 years at Alpine Mortgage where I utilized mortgage planning as a competitive advantage and built a sales team. I was at Cobalt Mortgage for the next 4 years where I created a community outreach program, overseeing charitable activities and sponsorships. While there, I became a team leader, hosting weekly meetings and finding ways to motivate and retain our sales people. I eventually moved over to PRMI as a branch manager focused on recruiting, hiring, leading, and producing.
