"Shahryar Ahmed is what made it great. I seemed to be able to provide all information requested of me in a timely manor and at every single point in the process, there would be a snag or a problem, even sometimes with members of his own team unintentionally causing issues or disrupting communication! Despite it all, even including on the day we finally closed and I still didn't get keys to my house until the last final minute possible right as an actual blizzard began burying my families possessions in snow forcing us to unload during the storm into a house with no water no heat and no electricity! (Honest truth, non of which were Shahryar or his teams fault) Never once did Shahryar not do everything in his power to support, help, communicate, and perform as a consumate professional! (Even while sick with COVID at one point!) Honestly, it was because of Shahryar, his dedication to me the customer, his loyalty to represent the company he works for both professionally and personally and his excellent customer service skills that kept me encouraged and motivated. It was so frustrating an experience that there were a couple of times I almost walked out of the deal, and I would call Shahryar in my frustration and let him hear about it. Poor guy. If it wasn't for him, it never would have happened and me and my friends and family couldn't be happier that it did. From me personally and truly, thank you Shahryar!"
