(Cash purchase defined when a Property Sold record does not have a Mortgage Balance.) Data coverage is limited by available MLS coverage. Certain geographies like Georgia (especially Central GA) and Vermont were impacted by this data availability. Land sales and manufactured (MFR) home sales are excluded from the dataset.

"Sean was everything and more of what i can ask for when going through the biggest purchase of my life. Sean was consistent with checking in with me and keeping me informed about everything in the loan process so that there were no surprises. Sean went above and beyond advocating and looking out for my interests through asking questions about the contract to my and sellers realtor, recommending how and where to have my money put for a smooth wire and closing process, working through multiple cost calculations to give an ideal closing and post closing scenario, and was truly kind an considerate to me throughout the whole process, making me feel cared for as a customer.
