"Scott and his team provided excellent guidance throughout the entire process. Communication was top notch and I was informed about any changes or updates immediately. I felt a part of the process the entire time. My loan was a VA loan and compared to my previous experience with another company years ago, this was beyond my expectations especially in regards to the “extra” that is required for a VA loan. I will be looking forward to a refinance in the future as rates continue to drop. "
