Rachel Pierce is a Producing Branch Manager and Area Sales Manager focused on growing Nebraska and Southwest Iowa. With over 16 years in the mortgage industry, Rachel is known for her steady leadership, deep industry knowledge, and hands on approach that makes clients feel confident and cared for from start to finish. Alongside her team, which collectively brings more than 35 additional years of experience, she believes the mortgage process should feel clear, supportive, and stress free, even when challenges arise.

Rachel is deeply grateful for the team that surrounds her and firmly believes her success would not be possible without them. She is excited for this next chapter of leadership where her focus is pouring into her people, developing leaders and coaches, and creating an industry experience that is rooted in education and trust for clients making the biggest purchase of their lives. She believes strong leadership is built through consistency, accountability, and maintaining the standards her team has worked hard to establish in the market.

Rachel’s approach is rooted in education, transparency, and proactive communication. Clients often describe her as calm, responsive, and always one step ahead. She explains the process clearly, answers questions quickly, and keeps everything moving smoothly no matter the hurdles. Her goal is simple. Remove uncertainty, advocate fiercely for her clients, and make the experience as seamless as possible.

What truly sets Rachel apart is how personally she takes each loan. She treats every client like a teammate rather than a transaction, showing up with positivity, a problem solving mindset, and genuine care. Rachel believes relationships are the most fundamental part of the mortgage experience. To be a lender for life, you have to be a part of your clients’ lives, walking alongside them through one of the biggest financial decisions they will ever make.

Rachel grew up in a small rural community in central Illinois about 80 miles south of Chicago. She attended the smallest public school in the state, graduating with a class of just 18 students, where she played softball and was a cheerleader. She remains a diehard Chicago Cubs and Bears fan and since moving to the Omaha metro area in 2005 has also grown to love the Kansas City Chiefs and Nebraska Huskers. She now lives in the beautiful Loess Hills of Glenwood, Iowa with her husband John and her 12 year old daughter Nevaeh. She is also a proud bonus mom to three amazing girls and five bonus grandkiddos.

Inspired by the many veterans in her family and her strong patriotic spirit, Rachel has a deep passion for serving those who serve. She is a dedicated Veteran Advocate and takes pride in ensuring service members fully understand and can confidently use their VA home loan benefits.

Outside of work, Rachel loves the great outdoors and spending time with her family exploring new camping spots, SXS adventures, and traveling to the lake. And if there is karaoke involved, you will probably find her confidently singing “I Love Rock & Roll” by Joan Jett.
