About Nicholas Varga
I’m originally from Trenton, New Jersey, but have called Lancaster County home for the past 20 years. Over the last 10+ years in the mortgage business, I’ve had the opportunity to help hundreds of people through one of the biggest moments of their lives — buying a home. I especially enjoy working with families and individuals relocating to Pennsylvania because I understand firsthand what it’s like to build a life in a new place. I am versed in writing a variety of programs including first time homebuyers, veterans, and investor loans. My goal is always to make the process feel less stressful and more personal, with honest communication and guidance every step of the way. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, listening to live music, cycling around Lancaster County, and following the Penn State Wrestling team. I’m also proud to have helped raise my daughter, Olivia, who is currently in college pursuing a nursing degree. Relationships matter to me, and I truly enjoy getting to know the people and stories behind every loan I help with.
