About Miguel Mouriz
I was born and raised in Madrid; I left my country Spain seventeen years ago. I've been blessed with an amazing woman and two beautiful daughters. They inspire me every day to give back, assist, educate, and help provide homeownership for other families.
Over sixteen years in Mortgage Banking, and I've discovered my passion is assisting in making dreams come true. I've always loved the phrase "The American Dream," and my job revolves around just that. During this journey, I was able to help thousands of families to become homeowners.
I believe that real estate investment is the stability and drive of our economy.
The vision for my future includes growing our Florida Region, helping families with their first home, investment property, and their retirement homes too. I hope that my guidance allows my client's futures to be financially secure, planned, and comfortable through Real Estate acquisition or by lowering their interest rate.
I specialize in new construction mortgages, loan products for the self-employed, and guidance on how to become a homeowner. I will help you with a plan, evaluate and advise on credit issues and help you set and reach your homeownership goal. I look forward to working for you!
