We managed to build an excellent team, where both of us —he as the Loan Consultant and I as the real estate agent— were able to coordinate and support each other to overcome the complex situations that arose throughout the process. We also established a strong relationship with our clients, maintaining clear communication and consistent guidance. From the very beginning, both Jorge and I prepared them for the process and explained that the final phase could become more demanding and stressful, especially considering this was an FHA loan. However, I believe there are opportunities for improvement, particularly within the underwriting process. The underwriter should be fully aware of all FHA requirements from the start. In this case, some essential documents were requested late in the process, which created unnecessary delays and pressure on everyone involved. Despite those challenges, I’m confident that we did an excellent job as a team, successfully bringing to completion a case that was both complex and demanding."
