Hi there, I'm Jess Van Wagoner, and I've had the pleasure
of assisting over 1,000 families with their mortgage financing needs throughout
my career. As a Top 1% mortgage originator in the U.S., I believe our
success comes from open communication, a warm and
approachable personality, and a deep understanding of the lending process.
This helps our clients and Realtor partners experience a simple and smooth
loan transaction.
I'm dedicated to educating homebuyers about the loan process and providing
top-notch service at every step. This allows us to tailor the
perfect mortgage to each client's unique needs. I specialize in a variety
of loans, including Conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA loans, as well as
Jumbo Loans, down payment assistance, and renovation and new construction
programs. With licenses in multiple states, I can offer an
exceptional mortgage experience to homebuyers across the country.

Before entering the mortgage industry, I earned a bachelor's degree in
criminal law and psychology and worked as a general contractor
in residential and commercial construction for a decade. This background
has given me a lasting interest in home repairs and remodeling. When I'm
not helping clients, I love spending time outdoors—camping, hunting, fishing,
and playing golf—and enjoying quality time with my wife and family,
raising our two boys.
