Our Mission and Vision

Our Mission: To stand with the Black community by engaging with Black employees and consumers, offering ongoing cultural competency training, acknowledging historical challenges and systemic barriers faced by Black individuals, and using intentional language in our marketing efforts to empower Black clients in achieving homeownership.

Our Vision:
To shape a diverse and inclusive landscape for homeownership. Black Impact represents our commitment to taking direct, action-oriented steps to address credit accessibility and promote sustainable and equitable homeownership for Black individuals and communities. We recognize and celebrate the resilience, creativity, and leadership of Black communities in overcoming systemic obstacles and discrimination. By 2028, NAF is committed to providing $20 billion in home loans to the Black community.

Mission Statement: New American Funding (NAF) is an industry leader in culture, dedication to service, and lending to underserved communities. Through Latino Focus, the company identifies and addresses the challenges of Latino consumers in their pursuit of homeownership and to enhance the quality of their lending experience. We utilize education and awareness that aims to lift the community and build generational wealth through homeownership. By 2024, NAF is committed to providing $25 billion in home loans to the Latino community.

Mission Statement: NAF Pride is working to establish a fair and secure lending marketplace that addresses the unique needs of the queer community. We aim to empower the LGBTQ+ community by providing comprehensive guidance on the mortgage lending process, enabling them to achieve their dream of homeownership. We have built a safe and inclusive environment where we are fostering deep understanding of the tools and practices we can use to best support the queer community throughout their homebuying journey.

Mission Statement: Our Military Heroes Focus is a dynamic initiative to increase homeownership and career opportunities for military service members, veterans, and their families. Our Military Heroes Focus is led by a diverse and passionate group of company leaders, military veterans, and other patriots who care deeply about supporting those who have served our Country and their families.
