Certain geographies like Georgia (especially Central GA), South Dakota and Vermont were impacted by this data availability. Land sales and manufactured (MFR) home sales are excluded from the dataset.

"George Sandoval is an excellent loan officer- I have no problem with him- would recommend him also and even consider Marisol in the future, but consider training your other officers and underwriters better in how to handle military and/or retiree pay and VA benefits better (they come out with statements yearly- up to the officer to get more than that) and also training in how to keep track of the many documents that have to come through; additionally training on how credit card credit scores work- if there is a high balance on a credit card and it shows up zero each month on the credit check, then most likely we are paying it off monthly and were only putting bills and donations on it- very common nowadays. We are not offended showing our credit card statements and other items, but many of the officers were genuinely confused (not George though- he tracked everything and seemed very well trained)- I'm older and detail oriented - I've seen many closings on homes/loans- many of these ideas were pretty standard and no problem before. Some of the tones of the lady that messed things up and of, at times, Marisol-but less often, was one of confusion and needing a bit more education/confidence -Marisol mostly had that though, so don't give her a hard time. :) -can't tell well though since she was only there for the last week or so of the closing of this loan."
