"My credit report was pulled twice. The origination fee with the first one was $1999.00 then it was pulled a 2nd time and the origination fees went up to $4500.00. I was charged out of pocket for the house inspection $525.00. I was told I needed a hand rail for my steps outside the front of my house in which I installed and submitted the pictures to the loan processor showing the house number and the new railing completely installed. The I was charged another $150.00 for the appraiser to come back out and take a picture of the completed work. Then I was notified 2 days prior to the set closing that I needed a document for the payoff for settlene. I submitted the documentation to the processor and received confirmation that the documents were recieved . when the notary arrived for signing I looked at the pqper work and noticed the payoff amount for the settlement had not been updated and I refused to sifn the papers at that time. So when the papers were updated I was charged an addition 25.00 to have another notary come out. That's a total of $2650.00 of additional fees for the companies mistakes not mine. That's not good business from my point of view. So with that being said I have reservations about recommending NAF to any friend or family members. I reached out to consolidate but what I actually got was an additional $18,000.00 added to my debt from closing costs and these addition fees resulting from your employees mistakes. Bottom line it's double billing for services that should only needed to be done once. Not happy to say the least."
