"It took David, Jocelyn and their entire team working together to complete my loan! I was very computer illiterate. I have over 30 years experience as an Executive Secretary. I even monitored one of the first computer rooms for our department in the USDA. Recently, I decided I didn't need to do anything related to modern technology. After all, I had 2 Sons and and a house full of young folks around me. So, when I needed anything, I called and someone came running! \"Why\" you might ask? I am an excellent cook! I never thought I would Ever complete a Home Loan over the internet! After all, I spent many tears, frustrated days and sleepless nights trying to complete my first loan with NAF. Meanwhile, my childhood home kept getting worse. You would be amazed how many times I called David or Jocelyn with a concern or question. EVERY time I got a solution. They NEVER made me feel like I was worrying or annoying them. I always heard a voice of comfort, knowing everything was under control. I also have to give Victor Corranzo and Megan credit for setting a very high standard for excellent customer service! I was very disappointed when I called to find that they were no longer available. If anyone is still communicating with them, let them know I FINALLY got funded! I have totally grown, and now realize I can learn again! I have enrolled in a computer course to become a QA Engineer.
