"I found David to be an exceptionally knowledgable financial services professional. My financial situation was somewhat complex as the property I was selling to provide part of the funds for the purchase of my new home was part of a trust. Further, I was a first time home buyer without a great deal of experience with the process of home buying. And, although my credit rating was good, I was carrying rather a lot of debt. David helped me navigate all of these hurdles. He assisted me with finding the right loan for my needs with an excellent interest rate, and helped me to reduce my debt by applying some of the proceeds from th esale of my previous home to eliminate several large monthly payments.
