About David Ames
Growing up in a military family, I experienced firsthand the challenges that come with moving. That perspective has shaped my approach since entering the mortgage industry in 2009.
I built my career by working through every stage of the loan process, from processing to underwriting to origination. That foundation allows me to anticipate issues before they arise, guide clients with clarity, and create a smoother path from application to closing.
I’ve never viewed my role as selling mortgages. My focus is advising clients on the right strategy for their situation, both now and long term. That approach has led to a near 5-star rating across hundreds of reviews from both clients and the agents I work with.
Outside of work, I’m married with three boys. Most of my free time revolves around football, tailgating, cooking, and getting to concerts when I can.
