Dan Ancheta is the President of Sequence Mortgage Powered by New American Funding with locations in Petaluma, CA, Santa Rosa, CA & Portland, OR. Dan is an experienced lender, business coach, and community leader. He has been a featured speaker at Todd Duncan's High Trust Sales Mastery Event (2019 and 2022) the premier mortgage industry conference as well as multiple mortgage related podcasts.

Dan is the host of Buy the Bay - a weekly podcast telling stories about the San Francisco Bay Area's real estate market. He is also the owner of Lend an Ear Media, LLC a growing podcast network.

Dan attended Sonoma State University, graduating with a degree in Business Administration in 2007 and MBA in 2015.

Dan is a Past President of the Petaluma Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors. He was honored by the North Bay Business Journal as a member of the Top Forty Under 40 Class of 2014. Dan lives in Petaluma with his wife Megan and their three amazing children.
