I proudly take a very relationship-based approach to lending. I believe in education, transparency, and strong communication. I am available 7 days a week, in an effort to make your life a little easier.
I specialize in conventional, Jumbo, 100% Medical Loans, Maine State Housing, VA, FHA, multi-units, both new construction condos as well as existing condos.
I also love first time home buyers! I was a long time educator for the Maine State Housing First Home Loan program for the state of Maine, and host many in-person and webinar buyer education courses throughout the year.
Fun Facts:
1.) I am exceptionally proud to be a Top 10 Maine lender as well as a repeat President's Club Winner.
2.) Roughly 34% of my business is helping single women obtain homeownership. Come to one of my Women Homebuyers classes!
3.) I love watching men's lacrosse, football, have the ability to kill any/all plants and can make homemade biscuits that would put a Southern grandma to shame.
4.) I am a lifelong Mainer, and am currently living it up as empty-nesters with my husband in South Portland.
