"Crystal was so punctual and detailed. At the same time was able to make the process stress free. She was filled with optimism and had so many options and routes available. She did work and paper work when we were unable to, did homework for us, research and was able to move mountains to get us MORE than what we invisioned. From morning till night, answered every call from us every questions no matter how big or small. We felt catered to, nurtured, well taken care of , and most of all HEARD. They both became a part of our family overnight and after being in the home still checked on us. You can tell when people are well seasoned in what they do, and they both are very knowledgeable and molded to fit each position so well. We are grateful."
