"Brian stayed on top of every piece of the process and kept us informed and proactive the entire time. He helped us find insurance and was able to secure a loan when the home needed a roof by getting an adendum and agreement from a roofer that the insurance approved with a completion time of 30 days after close. He worked extremely well with our realtor and title company. We were able to close, have new roof installed and bind insurance all within a very short closing. None of this would have been possible without Brian's expertise and knowledgeof the industry. My wife and I are extremelyhappy with our new home and our family is extremely thankful to be in such good hands."
