"I had recently applied for a refinance loan with my then existing mortgage lender that I’ve been with for many years. After 4 months of providing documents, getting an appraisal, and jumping through hoops…I was denied with an email and no explanation. I called the customer service manager and got little explanation, as I am quite naive with entire process. It was a vulnerable time in my life as I was recently divorced and trying to fulfill my obligations to refinance my home. After I was denied I found your company in a web search. Not only that but, in a timely matter without submitting hundreds of documents and hashing out the details of my divorce obligations. I was able to accomplish the refinance I sought with cash out that was not dictated how to spend, my car was paid off, and most importantly I regained peace of mind and the confidence I needed after enduring the most painful time in my life. So to me Brian and Rachel are my heroes and will be forever grateful for their insight, compassion, respectful, and confidence in me. They made me feel like my refinance was just as important to them as it was to me and as if I was their only client. They both are a terrific representation of your company.
