"I’ve been trying to buy a home for the past 3–4 years, but I would always get to the pre-approval stage and then get overwhelmed and step back. It was never just about the financial side, it was more the mental and emotional weight of everything. The process felt really stressful and honestly kind of scary at times, especially knowing it was just me handling something this big for my kids. I would get excited about homes, but then things would fall through, paperwork would take too long, or other buyers would come in and take the house. It just started to feel like a lot. When I found Amanda online, I was really impressed with her website and reviews, so I reached out. I’ll be honest I was a little intimidated at first. She came across very direct and sharp, and I wasn’t used to that at all, so I was like “oh wow… okay, I hope this goes well.” ?? But literally once I trusted the process, everything changed. Amanda, along with Lauren Korb, were AMAZING. Like genuinely amazing. At first I was like, “are they mad at me?” because they were so direct, but it was actually just them being extremely efficient and on top of everything. Once I relaxed and trusted them, I realized how much they were actually helping me. My offers were going in super fast, and anything I needed for paperwork was handled immediately. Amanda would draft everything so quickly, and Lauren was SO sweet and so thorough with everything she needed from me. Like honestly, she explained everything in a way that made it feel manageable instead of overwhelming. After a couple months of trying and a few homes not working out on the other side not ours they got me into my home. Amanda literally had my paperwork done the same day, my offer went in the same day, and I closed on a short sale in under 30 days. Like… oh my gosh. It still feels kind of unreal. I see so many people say they go past their closing date, but I knew I was closing exactly on time because Amanda and the whole team were so organized and on it from the very beginning. I’m honestly so grateful. Amanda really made sure I stayed comfortable with my numbers and didn’t push me into something that would stress me out later. I’ve had lenders in the past try to approve me for way more, but this time I actually feel peaceful about my payment. Like literally no stress. I feel balanced, stable, and even happy making my mortgage payments every month. My house is BEAUTIFUL. I still sit here like “oh my gosh, this is mine.” Amanda really cared about finding the right home for me, not just any home. That matters so much. I’m just so thankful. This review took me a while to write because I really wanted it to come from the heart. Me and my children have a safe, beautiful place to live, and I will always be grateful for that.
