What drives me every day is helping people realize that their dream of owning a home is often much more attainable than they think.

My path to becoming a mortgage loan officer began with a simple passion: helping people build financial stability through homeownership. Having navigated the mortgage process myself with my wife, I experienced firsthand the anxiety that can come with unclear communication and unanswered questions. During our home purchase, there were bumps along the way that left us feeling uncertain and stressed. I decided then that no family should have to endure that kind of worry during what should be an exciting milestone. That experience shaped my commitment to providing transparent, stress-free guidance throughout the entire homebuying journey.

As a top ten producer for first-time homebuyers in Tennessee and recipient of the Bronze production award with KMBA, I've built my practice on three core principles: being available, prompt, and transparent. Since 2021, I've guided families through some of the most challenging market conditions—rapid inflation, rising rates, and intensely competitive bidding situations. I specialize in working with first-time homebuyers, though I serve all types of clients including veterans, investors, and seasoned homeowners. What I love most is that moment when someone who thought homeownership was out of reach realizes it's actually within their grasp.

The mortgage process can feel overwhelming, especially for first-time buyers. Originally from West Virginia, I relocated to Knoxville in 2016 with my growing family. My wife and I now have six children—three born in West Virginia and three native Tennesseans—who keep us busy when I'm not helping families achieve their homeownership goals. As an avid sports fan who follows hockey, baseball, and football, I understand that buying a home is a lot like building a winning team: it takes the right strategy, clear communication, and someone in your corner who's committed to your success.
