"Jullian Moss was great to work with throughout, I would happily work with him again in the future and recommend him to others. Bobby Lee was always professional and courteous but for whatever reason, there were several requests for additional information and/or documents that came very late in the process. This may not have been due to poor communication from Bobby but he was the one tasked with delivering these requests as we approached the closing date. My main suggestion would be to develop a comprehensive checkllist of ALL the possible documents and verifications that may be required for the underwriters so that the Loan Officers and Loan Processors are not asking the borrower to scramble in the 11th hour for items. It seemed like each day we were nearer to closing, there was a new request from Bobby so he could satisfy the underwriters. Even at the closing itself, there was a request for more information regarding the money we provided to close...after the funds had settled in the title company's account! It felt like somewhere in the NAF organization, there was an effort to de-rail our purchase and loan, or at least delay closing for another few days. Not a confidence builder for a borrower with their lender!"
