About Doug Polk

My name is Doug Polk, and I am proud to work with the community on behalf of New American Funding. I have been in the reverse mortgage business exclusively for the last 15 years, and I love what I do.

As a baby boomer myself, I understand that the main concerns are: Do I have enough money, not only for this month but for the rest of my life; and can I afford health care. I talk to people all the time that have these concerns, but they are sitting on a lot of equity that can potentially but used for cash flow and emergencies.

My goal is to listen and provide solutions. The reverse mortgage program is a very powerful financial tool, and I love it when I can explain the benefits.
