I am beyond pleased with the work Rob and his team have done. My situation was difficult and I tried working with other lenders but they couldn’t make my impossible situation possible. Rob took on the task and made my dream a reality. Even when it got shaky and seemed like it was falling apart with grants not coming through at the last minute, he pulled every string he could to make this work for me.
