I highly recommend Anila Whitney as a loan consultant, she is exceptional. She kept me well informed throughout the loan process. She displayed a great attention to detail which for me meant that she was never caught off guard, the process was smooth. Anila answered all my questions and clearly explain all of the documents. People will tell you that they are in your corner, Anila didn't tell me, she showed me with her encouragement and positive attitude that she was in my corner. I am grateful to have been able to work with Anila.

I reached out to Kim via email late on a Friday afternoon on the recommendation from a friend. I wasn't expecting to hear back until Monday. To my pleasant surprise, I was contacted via email that evening and received several replies back to questions I had. Over the course of the weekend and that first week there were many emails and phone calls. We felt comfortable enough to proceed. From first contact to refinance closing was 17 days! Excellent service and speedy too!
