Trevor was helpful, courteous and patient from the beginning when I was first approved for my loan to the end when I signed papers to take ownership of the home. I had a few issues with the process of constant verification of various aspects of the loan and my personal business but Trevor calmly explained why it was necessary and helped me to understand the process better. If it wasn't for him, I probably would not have completed the process and applied elsewhere.
