This wonderful young lady went beyond just 100%. We were under a very strict closing date and she not only worked well into the evening to get our loan through, she kept us up to date on everything that was going on, walked us through what we didn't understand and to top it off even checked in on us before and after gall bladder surgery. I can not say enough good about Ana. If she is representative of all the agents at NAF then you have a company that is literally the best in every way.
