I came into this deal not knowing the processes at all. Mr. English was very informative when answering all of my questions without making me feel ignorant nor pressured to proceed in any way. He was readily available by phone or email when I had needed him. 80-plus percent of the process has the option to be completed online including e-signatures and documents scanned and submitted. They even had a notary public come to my house when it was convenient for me to sign the final document
