My process was very smooth. I made sure I do my part by submitting all they required and it was clear they acted immediately on what needed to be done. Ricky usually answers when I call, but if he didn't, I could rest assured that he'll be returning very soon. He's always very pleasant and I felt I was appreciated as a valued customer.
