Ben is my go-to lender. He is amazing with First Time Home Buyers and Seasoned Buyers/Sellers alike. Ben is constantly thinking outside of the box to find the absolute best loan for his clients. I've had difficult deals that would have fallen through with pretty much any other Lender, but Ben made sure the deals closed and that we got the best loan possible.
