Lynn was awesome!!! She was detailed and took the time to explain that loan process, to answer any questions and address any concerns we had in a professional and expeditious manner as not to delay any step of our loan. Through out the process Lynn maintained frequent communications with Lila and I, and updated us on a regular basis. The loan process is very nerve racking and lots of documents, Lynn was excellent at breaking them down in a way as it was not overwhelming. THANK YOU LYNN!
