Chris customer service skills and very clear communication made this a very easy process for me. I was a first-time home buyer and he stepped me through the entire process. He is very knowledgeable, kind,patient, and never talked to me in a condescending manner. He made me feel very comfortable asking my 2001 questions. If I had more money I would go through the process all over again just to work with Chris. HE'S GREAT!!

What made this experience great for us, as first time home buyers were that Alma was very informative. She was always there to answer all of our questions and concerns. She always replied to our emails and or calls very promptly. She showed us different oppositions of loans. She made this home buying very smooth.
