Randy kept us updated throughout the entire refi process. He had patience when I was working out of town, and reminded me of items needed, if I had forgotten. Our refinancing process was not easy, since we own our business, and have a manufactured home, two difficult hurdles to overcome. Overall, Randy is definitely an asset to the New American Funding group.
