If I had questions I could email and I got an email shortly after my email answering my question absolutely loved that .If I didn't understand something he didn't make me feel bad he helped me understand it.

The experience we received with John was wonderful and he was always very quick to answer any questions or concerns. The experience was very different with Tina Tang, she was always asking the same questions over and over, waited till the evenings to ask for anything from us which was very inconvenient, she would have the information/documents but yet ask for it again and state she didn't have it when we had the emails showing where it was sent to her and placed in our documents under our loan so that they could be easily accessed. We aren't sure what her hold up was at the end about getting everything processed but she told the title company a time and still didn't provide the documents on time. It was all very frustrating dealing with someone that seemed to not know how to do her job. I am very sorry to rant like that but I felt it was necessary. John is a wonderful person and did an amazing job!!! Thank you so much John!!!
