Nick Cudmore was very thorough explaining everything to my wife, and he was very prompt getting back to my wife either through email or phone calls. I would highly recommend Nick to anyone who is interested in either getting a mortgage or remortgaging their existing home. I would definitely rate Nick 100%!!!
