Native of Marin County in Northern California, Kate Whiteside has extensive experience in the mortgage industry. Including VA expertise, competitive resale strategy and 10 years as a builder preferred lender. Serving communities ranging in areas from Wine Country, Bay Area, Los Angeles, The Central Valley, Riverside and Sacramento. Now between Marin County and Ventura County to better serve her realtor friends and builders.
