Ashley, the processor that handled my loan was un-responsive. Late in the process she requested a list of documents, several of which had already been uploaded via a secure portal and others were requested to be sent via email but included PII that was not safe for email. When asked for clarification on documents or for a secure method of transfer Ashley did not respond to repeated emails or voice calls. Jorge, who was fantastic to work with, was fortunately able to help sort thing out.
