John started in the lending industry at the worst time possible in July 2007 when the housing market crashed. 

He remembers sitting next to other loan originators at that time who had loans that were supposed to fund, even after the rescission period, and the lenders told them they had no more money to fund their deals. The look on their faces were extremely surprising and their passion for mortgages gone. This is when John first started.

However, after several years of continuing to grind by cold-calling prospects, going through the swings of lenders removing programs & guidelines changing so rapidly, John was fortunate to stick with it and continued to build his relationships for residential refinances & purchase transactions.

The amount of knowledge John has gained over the last 16 years have made a huge difference in every transaction he closes because his clients know that the reason John closes loans that most other lenders are unable to close is because he has stuck with the pain through the bad and now the good times to gain the wisdom other lenders may have not grasped and that's what separates John from the rest! 

John closed a loan for a Mother who didn't qualify with her income.

John read a 1,300 page Fannie Mae Selling Guide to find the right lender to close an "Adult Children Buying a Home for Elderly Mother" Fannie Mae Purchase program. 

John spent a few days researching this program to make sure the lender he sent it to could close it.
