I know my mother is looking down and crying such happy tears over what you did for her only child. I am the first woman on all sides of my family to buy her own house, and it’s all because of Bonnie. (Cash purchase defined when a Property Sold record does not have a Mortgage Balance.) Data coverage is limited by available MLS coverage. Certain geographies like Georgia (especially Central GA) and Vermont were impacted by this data availability. Land sales and manufactured (MFR) home sales are excluded from the dataset.
